Hello, I came to america when i was 15 years old, i am now 39. I got married here in the united states and got divorce. my religion used to be catholic and got converted to iglesia. I want to get married again but iglesia ni cristo in central philippine denied my request to get married. Tanong lng po. I was born August 29, 1979, pero yung first name ko sa Birth Certificate naisulat September 25 pa. Nung nagpa Secpa ako sa NSO hindi nag appear sa NSO ang first name ko. Pero sa local birth certificate nag appear sya pero hand written nga lang. Nagpa gawa ako ng Affidavit of Supplementary at kailangan pa daw magpa gawa ng endorsment from the City Hall. Gaano po katagal bago ako makakuha ng Birth Certificate from NSO na nag appear na talaga ang first name ko?

I avail the online service to get a copy of my birth certificate and cenomar ,As per the request of my requirements that it should be the copy is from manila NSO, so since im from iligan city of mindanao it more easy for me to avail your service. but it happened as i paid last march 1,2010 the document arrived just today march 15,2010 and only the cenomar copy only i received.It makes me wondered its too opposite regarding their adds that its only 3-4 or 8 working days is the processing period.and One thing as i checked the documents from them of my cenomar they misspelled my first name how they can make those error that i did the phonetic way to spelled my name and we revised it again with the agent who assist my calls and how come they can still did this sort stupid errors like this .and as i call them for my concerned regarding my documents they do nothing about it so that what it is their fucking service i spend time calling them to follow up my documents cause their online service is not working so you have to call every transactions you made and spend money for the documents which is gone to waste.. that’s really fucks me off bullshit service

at ska po share ko lang and for clarification na rin po. nagrequest po kasi ako ng cenomar last april 22 2010 para macertify na im single before i got married together with the request of our marriage certificate. bakit po ang nkalagay sa cenomar ko is “certification is based on the records of 1945-2010 marriages enrolled in the database as of march 31, 2010″, while i got married january 2009. ganun ba tlga pg nag-iisue ng cenomar?

Nag pa authenticate po ang daughter ko ng birth certificates ng dalawang anak nya sa UAE Embassy pero hindi po na authenticate kasi daw ang Father’s name ay blanko sa Birth Certificates nila. My son had a wrong entry on his birth cert. I dont know if kaninong error ito but ang mothers surname ay siya ring nakasulat na fatehers surname. But my son name, middle name and surname are all correct except nga sa fatehers name entry.

What po ba process na dpat gawin at documents na dapat iprepare, were ito dapat umpisahan i-correct at magkano ang payment para dito.

Hello Good Afternoon,May itatanong po sana ako tungkol sa NSO ko Kasi gusto ko pong magpapassport then, I process my NSO thu online I paid to BDO then, nong natanggap ko po yung NSO ko walang gender eh hindi raw tatangapin ng DFA dito sa Cebu they told me to have a Supplimental report for that tapos ginawa ko na po yun I already submit it to our Local Civil registrar here in Danao City Cebu then they submit it also to NSO Manila. Sabi po nila sa akin mga 5 months ko daw makukuha ang bago kong NSO with Gender already. Sabi po nila sa akin na ang NSO Manila po ang Magpapadal dito sa Local Civil Registrar here in Danao City Cebu.ang tanong ko lang po kung kailan ko makukuha ang NSO ko na with gender na.Hope that i can hear you soon.

I just want to ask opinion on what is the best thing to do. my nephew was born last 5/12/89 but his authenticated bc shows 5/11/89. on the lower part of the bc, it shows 5/12/89. he asked our local registry about it and was told to use the 5/11 instead. is it possible? his concern is, there’s conflict on the date on the bc and on what’s written on the lower part of the bc.

I would like to ask, if using NSO Helpline Plus do they usually send only the first page of Birth Certificates?

Well, it is because I requested for 2 copies of birth certificate of my boyfriend last week and we got it this morning ( February 18, 2011) however, we only got the first copy of his birth certificate though it is written on the upper right corner of the document that there should be the second page of it.

My concern also is that, he might encounter problems if he will submit his documents to PRC, because it is one of the requirements for his board exam application.

I have been trying to correct my birth certificate (i.e. no middle initial). All documents required by the Clerical Error Law has been shown to the local civil registrar yet they are asking to go to NSO to have some documents annotated (birth certificate to be corrected, supplemental report and affidavit) Is there such a procedure of annotation to be done by the applicant or is it done by local civil registrar? I would like to ask about the Birth Certificate petition for correction of my uncle status, At first date you gave us schedule to pick up the corrected documents, but when its time for pick up they said that it is not yet done and give us another schedule for pick up. for assurance on the given scheduled we made a phone call to ask if it is ready for pick-up, again day said it is ok and ready to pick up. But the actual pick -up happened after two weeks, it was on July 8, 2011 then again they said that it is not yet done. And they give us again another schedule.
