This is good for those who are interested to inquire or know about their NSO birth certificate, CENOMAR, certificate of singleness, change name, change gender and so on. Everything related to problems with NSO may now be transacted through their online website so take advantage of this today.

magtatanong lang po aku kung naka record na ba yung anak ko..kasi pna rigster ku yung baby as bristish citizen kasi yung papa nya british.pinanganak ku sya nung july 11,2009 tapos ni regester ku sya nung july 21,2009 ang panganlan po nang baby ku ay Mia Jenny Edisa Calidguid McaUslin.Gusto ku po sana malaman as soon as possible kasi one of requirements yung authenticate brth nya sa passport..Please lang po..Anyway aku pala ang mummy nang pangalan nang babt nanjan..

She was born in Pangasinan, does that mean we should go there or we can change it here in Manila?

Posted by aprilyn lee at September 2, 2009, 6:57 amhelo i want to inquire bout my status po kasi my husband married me not using the name in his birth cert(albert) but with the name he uses with all his record (edgar)..i found out po na may past marriage po siya dati…but i was able to get authenticated copy of our marriage cert sa nso meaning po ba na legal po ang aming kasal? since po na naghiwalay na po kami gusto ko po malaman ang status ko po if im still legally married to him..how bout our three kids pwede po ba nila madala ang ape;yido ng ama nila…

I got married here in the united states and got divorce. my religion used to be catholic and got converted to iglesia. I want to get married again but iglesia ni cristo in central philippine denied my request to get married. They said that i would need to annuled my first marriage in the philippines before they approve my request. But why do i need to do this knowing that i did not get married in the philippines. They have all the documentations of my divorce. Please advice what do i need to do. Do i need some kind of proof from NSO? Please help me.

Nung nagpa Secpa ako sa NSO hindi nag appear sa NSO ang first name ko. Pero sa local birth certificate nag appear sya pero hand written nga lang. Nagpa gawa ako ng Affidavit of Supplementary at kailangan pa daw magpa gawa ng endorsment from the City Hall. Gaano po katagal bago ako makakuha ng Birth Certificate from NSO na nag appear na talaga ang first name ko?

I’m getting married abroad, particularly in Hong Kong next year… My fiance and I are both filipinos, what concerns me is that, how will the NSO authenticate the Marriage Certificate that the Hong Kong govt will issue us? is the Marriage Certificate alone that’ll be issued be honored for authentication by NSO? or do we need to have it notarized at the Phil COnsulate in Hong Kong? and how long usually will it take to process the authentication of MCs for this case? I really hope you could enlighten things up, because we need asap next year the authenticated NSO MC for migration purposes. thank you!

My fiance and I are getting married abroad, particularly in HK, we are both filipino. The thing is, will the MC that’ll be released by the HK govt on the ceremony will be honored by NSO for authentication? or should the MC from HK govt be notarized by the Phil Consulate in HK before forwarding it to NSO for authentication? How long usually will it take for MC from other countries to be authenticated by NSO? Please help me, and enlighten me up with this matter because right after marriage we need to have an authenticated MC asap for immigration purposes. thank you and more power..

Hello. May I please know the name and contact number of the NSO Head of RA 9048 in Sta. Mesa? I need to get in touch with her/him to follow up my petition for correction of clerical error in my marriage certificate. Said petition was filed June 18, 2009 and need to fast track as my visa application for Australia is dependent on this.
